Core Patented Technologies
Minimal High-Efficiency Air Flotation Machine
This patented technology uses a conventional centrifugal pump combined with a jet device to achieve air intake and bubble cutting by the impeller, replacing dissolved air tanks, release devices, air compressors, and other auxiliary equipment. A special tank design eliminates the need for sludge scrapers, and spiral piping replaces mechanical stirring. The technology offers high air flotation efficiency, small microbubble diameter, simple operation and maintenance, low engineering and operating costs, and a small footprint. It has obtained patents in both China and the United States.
Air Stripping Reflux and Sedimentation Device
This patented technology installs the sedimentation module directly inside the aerobic tank, replacing and eliminating the need for an independent secondary clarifier and reflux pump. The core process enables power-free, large-ratio sludge reflux from the top to the bottom of the biochemical system and from the end to the inlet. In-situ upgrading of the aerobic tank achieves sedimentation separation, while high sludge concentration and screening functions make it easy to cultivate aerobic granular sludge. The technology has obtained a Chinese invention patent, a European patent (Germany), and an Indian patent acceptance.
Ammonia-Containing Waste Gas Recovery and Reuse Device
This patented technology is used for ammonia nitrogen recovery and resource utilization. The recovered ammonia nitrogen is made into ammonium bicarbonate solution (containing some ammonium carbonate), which can be used in power plant denitrification processes (replacing urea) or in total nitrogen removal processes for pure nitrate nitrogen.
